IRON ORE PELLETS

iron-ore-pelletizing

Iron ore pellets are spheres of typically 6–16 mm (0.24–0.63 in) to be used as raw material for blast furnaces. They typically contain 67%-72% Fe and various additional material adjusting the chemical composition and the metallurgic properties of the pellets.

HBI FINE

hbi

HBI fines its generate in the manufactory process of the HBI and the movement and transportation, because his low cost and consistent metallic concentration can be use in a Cold Briquette plant and Suitable as both BOF and Blast Furnace feedstock.

HBI CHIPS

hbi-chips

HBI Chips The chips are generated in the manufactory process of the HBI and the movement and transportation and are available in varying degrees of metallization depending on the intended application for the product.

DRI-B

dri-b

Direct-reduced iron, is produced from direct reduction of iron ore (in the form of lumps, pellets or fines) by a reducing gas produced from natural gas or coal. The reducing gas is a mixture, the majority of which is hydrogen and carbon monoxide, which act as reducing agents.

DRI-C

ZINC

zinc

Zinc, When is mined this material is rarely an ore rich enough to be used directly by smelters. Therefore it needs to be concentrated. The production process of zinc includes flotation, roasting and electro winning. Once concentrated the purity of the material is approximately 55%

GOLD

steel

Gold EM has create in several year in south America a long research developing the links with gold miners so we can provide the product on CIF terms

BAUXITE

bauxite

Bauxite is the main source of aluminum. The main components of bauxite are mineral gibbsite Al OH)3, Boehmite y-AlO(OH) and diaspora a-AlO(OH) mix with two different kinds of Iron (oxide and hematite), clay mineral and anatase. the sintered bauxite can be used as sand blasting abrasive and addition as proppant, which is most commonly used in the oil and natural gas field.

CERAMIC PROPPANT

Ceramic Proppant

Ceramic Proppant is a kind of eco-friendly material made of ceramic like sintered bauxite. It has a higher fracturing strength, which is mainly used for down-hole support in order to provide an efficient conduit for production of fluid from reservoir to wellbore so that adding output in oil or gas industry.

ANTIMONY

antimony

antimony is a shiny grey metalloid. The extraction process of antimony is fully dependent on the quality and composition of the ores. The majority of antimony is mined as sulfide; the lower grades ore are gather and turned into concentrate thru a method known as forth flotation and higher grade ore are heated at high temperatures in which the stibnite melts and its separate from other impurities.

LEAD INGOT

Lead ingot

Lead ingot EM has a JV with miners and producer in Mexico where we can supply constantly standard product.

COPPER CONCENTRATE

copper-concentrate

Copper concentrated is the result of lower grade copper ore that has been mined, milled and concentrated in order to obtain a higher quality material. Our material ranges from a quality of 10% to 30%cu, containing other impurities such as sulphur, iron, gold and silver. All of our copper concentrate is produced at the mines in South America.

SECONDARY NICKEL

Secondary Nickel

Nickel is a silvery white metal with a shiny metal. It occurs when sulfur in millerite are combined. Nickel is extracted from its ore by conventional roasting and reduction process that yield a metal of >75% purity. In order to reach >99.9% purity a process final process of purification takes place that consists of reacting Nickel and Carbon Monoxide.

MILL SCALES

mill Scales

Mill Scale is formed on the outer surfaces of plates, sheets or profiles. That when they are being produced, by rolling red-hot iron or steel billets in the rolling mills. Mill scale is composed of iron oxides mostly ferric and is bluish black in color. It is usually less than 0.1 mm (0.0039 in) thick and initially adheres to the steel surface and protects it from atmospheric corrosion provided no break occurs in this coating.

STEEL REBAR

steel-rebar

Rebar are reinforced bar that are formed from steel billets. The name comes since they are mainly used to reinforce concrete. They can be made in straight lengths or as coiled.

Hot Rolled Coil (HRC):

Hot Rolled Coil

STEEL BILLEST

Steel-billet

Steel Billets are semi-finished products, which are the result from second stage of the steel production process. Billets are made either via casting or hot rolled from an ingot. They take the shape of a square cross, with an area no less then 36i square inches.
